Did you say SOAP?

It was so encouraging to hear how the students prayed for the individuals their wristbands represented this past week.

I got to share about the S.O.A.P. study method (S.O.A.P. stands for: scripture, observation, application, and prayer) and, back by popular demand, the students had time to find a place around campus to have their quiet time for the day and to give the S.O.A.P. method a try.

After spending time reading, praying, and practicing the S.O.A.P. method of studying, we came back together to share about what we learned. This sparked some great discussion and I loved hearing what the students discovered as they read their Bibles.

The two challenges for this week are: 1. Continue to pray daily for someone to either come to know The Lord or for someone who you will invite to church and 2. Practice the S.O.A.P. study method every day this week.

Next week is Q&A!! I look forward to diving into the Word to answer the questions the students bring! See you Sunday!
